We had a great response to last week’s challenge with many members updating their expired card details and adding cards for the first time plus discovering auto top-up.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to fill out the survey, over the next week we’ll summarise some of the comments and Zobia will be writing a follow up blog.

Challenge #3 Making top up easier, was all about making it easier to top-up. Members can top-up on their mobile at giffgaff.com/mobile (page is optimised to fit on a mobile screen) and can chose to add auto top-up which automatically adds the amount the member has specified then their balance drops below £3.
